CB Agency was hired by the National Urban League to be it’s sponsorships activation team during its 2022 National Urban League Conference: it’s first in-person event since the beginning of the pandemic in 2020. This was a 3-month partnership in which CB Agency was responsible for the planning and strategy of title and advocate sponsor deliverables and activation plans and to serve as onsite ambassadors during the week of the conference. During this time, CB Agency coordinated with more than 5 title and advocate sponsors leading up to the event and lead on-the-ground activations with more than 10 conference sponsors. We supported volunteer exhibits, produced and coordinated sponsor-based panels, led giveaways, managed volunteers and were the overall success team and points of contacts for sponsors and its partners in the main lounge and during signature events. NUL is a historic civil rights organization that advocates for African Americans and against racial descrimination in the U.S.
